Q: Where is Nova Claw located? A: We are proudly located 2225 Old Denton Rd #240, Carrollton, TX 75006.
Q: What are your hours of operation? A: Monday–Thursday: 1 PM - 9 PM, Friday–Sunday: 11 AM - 10 PM
Q: Is there parking available? A: Yes, there is plenty of free parking available in the lot right outside our doors.
Playing the Games
Q: Do your machines take cash or coins? A: To make playing as seamless as possible, we operate on a token system. You can purchase tokens at our self-serve kiosks or right at the front counter.
Q: How much does it cost to play? A: The cost varies depending on the machine and the prize inside. Most of our standard claw machines range from 1-3 tokens per play.
Q: Do my unused points expire? A: No! Your Nova Claw account keeps track of your won points, and they do not expire. You can login to your account to view points and order history anytime.
Prizes & Winning
Q: What kind of prizes do you have? A: We pride ourselves on stocking premium, high-quality items! You’ll find a rotating selection of top-tier plushies, trending blind boxes, collectible figures, and exclusive pop-culture merchandise.
Q: Can I trade in smaller prizes for a bigger one? A: Absolutely. We offer a trade-up system where you can exchange smaller plushies won from our machines for larger, premium prizes at the counter. Ask one of our staff members about the current trade-in tiers!
Q: I had an issue with a machine (e.g., claw didn't drop, prize got stuck). What should I do? A: Don't worry, just grab one of our floor attendants! If a prize gets physically stuck in the drop chute or if a machine malfunctions during your play, we will happily verify and assist you or refund the credits for that play.
Parties & Events
Q: Can I host a birthday party or private event at Nova Claw? A: Yes, we love hosting events! Nova Claw is a great spot for birthdays, team-building, or group hangouts. We offer group packages that tokens and reserved space.
Q: Can we bring outside food or drinks? A: While we don't allow outside food on the main arcade floor to keep our machines clean, party packages include access to a designated area where you can bring your own cake and snacks. Plus, there are fantastic dining options right here at The Great Oasis!
General Policies
Q: Are dogs allowed inside? A: As much as we love pets, only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted inside the arcade for the safety of all guests.
Q: Are kids allowed to play without an adult? A: We are a family-friendly environment! However, guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
